Successfully completed scientific or engineering degree (Master's, diploma), preferably in materials science, mechatronics, microsystems technology, chemistry or physics Relevant professional experience in the field of process development Very good technical understanding, skill in handling production equipment and analytical skills Experience in handling and evaluating analysis procedures/methods is an advantage (e.g. REM/EDX, XPS, FTIR) Independent and result-oriented way of working, flexibility and creative problem-solving as well as strong teamwork skills Very good written and spoken German and English skills as well as good communication skills in conveying complex issues
