Solution Adoption Manager HR Applications (m/f/d)
Support of the entire SAP Human Capital application landscape as well as conception and implementation for our Vorwerk solutions
Analysis, optimization and further development of business processes in the area of human resources
Interface support to other SAP Human Capital applications such as Learning Management System, Digital Personal File, Travel Management
Assuming responsibility for tasks in challenging HCM projects
Competent contact person for colleagues in HCM application topics and close cooperation with the responsible business departments
3+ years experience in working in IT projects as (inhouse) consultant with HR applications
Proven prior experience performing software implementation responsibilities and functions
Proven prior experience in service operation and service transition based processes
ITIL knowledge welcome
Deep understanding in the areas of Learning Management Systems
Basic knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors or/and SAP HCM
Knowledge in the areas of digital personnel files, recruiting or identity management is desirable
Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
Fluent knowledge of business English and German
