Supplier Development & Sustainability Manager (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Conduct new supplier assessments, approvals, onboarding, and training programs to ensure suppliers meet compliance standards and are effectively integrated into operations
Initiate and track measures for supplier performance improvement based on evaluations, driving sustainability practices and mitigating supplier risks
Lead supplier development initiatives, including sustainability improvements, and organize supplier development meetings and business reviews to ensure continuous improvement
Oversee supplier incident management as the overall coordinator
Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with ethical and operational standards
Collaborate across plants to coordinate and manage multi-plant incidents effectively
Qualifikationen:
Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field
Multiple years of experience in supplier management, sustainability development, or compliance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial context
Strong knowledge of supplier auditing and risk management processes
Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard is an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with diverse teams
Highly organized, perseverant, investigative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Willingness to travel frequently
English (business fluent, C1), German is an advantage
