Full P&L responsibility for all business in Slovakia
Increasing the company's market share, growing the sales network, and further establishment of the brand
Organizational development regarding processes and structures
Development of the local team along the generated growth
Providing leadership to the Slovakian team with a focus on sales and marketing
Establishment of vertical sales for different market segments
Further expanding of the direct sales activities and the partner network
Direct reporting the German HQ
Technical degree or degree in business administration
Long-term leadership experience in a sales management position
Good knowledge in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, or (electro-)mechanical components for the industry
Track record in leading and successfully developing a sales organization
Excellent communication along with strong conceptual and analytical skills
Professional communication and presentation abilities
Business fluent in Slovakian (preferably native language) as well as very good English skills
