Office Manager / Receptionist (m/w/d)
Aufgaben:
The Office Management team is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work environment by supporting work culture, optimising workplace design, and ensuring world-class hospitality for employees and visitors:
Maintaining a modern and ergonomic working environment that supports flexible and agile ways of working
Coordination of necessary measures to ensure an office environment that meets the required standards
Organising internal, external and employee retention initiatives including coordination of catering and event services
Work closely with the HR team to support onboarding processes and implement employee programs
First point of contact for any visitors providing personalised attention at meetings and events
Contact person for related employee concerns and support in integrating new team members
Procurement and management of office supplies and equipment to support day-to-day operations
Qualifikationen:
Completed vocational training or studies in the field of hospitality management, event management, business administration or a comparable qualification
3 - 5 years professional experience in a similar role in a technical environment, such as Workplace Manager or Hospitality Manager, ideally with a strong focus on workplace design and employee satisfaction
A service-oriented mindset for creating a positive working environment and focusing on the needs of employees and visitors
A positive disposition as well as a professional and representative appearance that meets the high standards of our company
A proactive and self-sufficient approach with all tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks and projects at the same time
