Lead End-to-End Process Engineering & Improvement Manage and execute process re-engineering initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and scalability Apply structured methodologies to drive systemic change Global Process Alignment & Integration Collaborate with global teams to align local processes with global standards Ensure seamless integration of processes into systems like Rapid Response by coordinating with process owners, data owners, and GIT Process Governance & Documentation Develop and maintain process documentation using the APQC framework. Establish pragmatic governance structures to support a sustainable and agile process environment Mentorship & Change Leadership Act as a senior lead for junior process engineers Champion process ownership, train business users, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
