Senior SW Automation Engineer (m­­/­­f­­/­­d)

Bachelor/Master's degree in computer science or a related field Large industry experience in software development, preferably in automation or DevOps Very good knowledge developing Python based automation solutions Very good knowledge using scripting languages like Linux shell (e.g. Bash), Ruby for automation purposes Very good knowledge in interacting with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and webservices (REST) Good knowledge of IT automation and IaC tools like Ansible, Salt Good knowledge applying and using container technologies like Docker, K8s for packaging and deployment Good knowledge of Git as source-control management (SCM) tool Good knowledge of analytics & monitoring solutions like Grafana, ELK Passion for agile, automation, quality, and transparency Very good communication skills in English Intercultural understanding and communication capabilities, experience in working with foreign teams Good knowledge in integration and build tools like Bazel, Jenkins etc. Good knowledge of automated UI testing tools like QF-Test, Squish, etc. Experience with Scrum, SAFe Experience in regulated environments (e.g. automotive, medical, aerospace) German and/or Chinese language skills
