Vertriebsleiter / Sales Manager Robotik DACH (m/w/d)
You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of sales in our entire DACH sales area in direct cooperation with the management. You will be responsible for the conceptual development and implementation of regional and international sales strategies, as well as the continuous expansion of the customer base. You will lead and manage the DACH sales team You will continuously contribute to the creation of and compliance with internal sales processes You will lead and motivate the entire sales team in individual segments In addition to budget, action and personnel planning, you will also be responsible for the entire business management of sales using key figures You analyse the market and the competition in order to develop market potentials You will look after and develop strategic customers and provide support to the sales representatives
You have a commercial or technical educational background, which you have acquired within a study programme or a commercial or technical education You can look back on a successful sales career, preferably in the field of automation or robotics or in the electrical industry You have several years of management experience in sales and are able to combine the strengths of different teams and bring them to success for the company Ideally, you have knowledge in the areas of mechanics or electronics as well as project business in the automation environment You enjoy customer acquisition and personal contact You are assertive, flexible and success-oriented as well as creative and a team player Clear and binding communication skills as well as an analytical and structured way of working complete your profile Willingness to travel within our entire EMEA region Very good written and spoken German and English skills
