Training Specialist EMEA (m/f/d)
Being responsible for learning and development class planning, implementing and executing training programs within EMEA that make the best use of employees' current and future abilities. Manage training delivery and operations activities within EMEA countries, and ensure they are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards. Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the training and development area. Self-starter who is able to work with limited supervision but keeps management informed. Ability to execute specialized projects while meeting the organization's needs. Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems while considering current training processes. This position is highly focused on Finances. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Apply developed training knowledge and skills in the planning, implementation and delivery of training programs; work with the organization on the learning needs of their business through measures such as the training needs analyses. Source, evaluate and track third-party training vendors and programs; manage local vendor contract process with local purchasing; manage ongoing vendor relationships. Maintain and analyze organization and individual training metrics in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs; provide operational support to metrics-gathering systems. Research and source training programs and resources, or recommend externally-provided programs, which meet the needs of individuals and are consistent with the organization's overall training plan. Provide guidance to employees about the organization's training programs and policies, and arrange for them to participate in internal and external training so the organization's training resources are allocated effectively. Coordinate delivery and operations activities to ensure training programs are delivered with high-quality resources. Coordinate day-to-day logistical support to execute the delivery of training. Procure, organize, maintain, prepare and provide setup of materials, audiovisual equipment and classrooms. Provide customer service to organization's employees with training registration and cancellations, course offering questions and other training-related inquires. Maintain and update training registration site for local classes, and monitor classes and enrollments. Establish local course costs for open enrollment classes and intact request. Track local training budget and report to management the budget status and LBE on a monthly basis. Support the processing of invoices, documentation and monthly reconciliation for responsible budgets. Support global and local translations by providing in-country reviews of translated content.
Associate's degree or comparable education required in HR, General Management or Business Administration 3-5 years of training operations experience Resilient to stress Fluent in English and German Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint Excellent Finance understanding Excellent organizational skills Strong communication skills Strong service orientation skills
