You focus on optimizing sales of existing products, developing plans to expand business with distribution partners, and ensuring an efficient launch of new products and services for distribution partners Leading, developing, and monitoring distribution partners are your primary activities. Defining, analyzing, and achieving annual budget targets are not less important. You will collaborate on projects with regional representatives and partners to enhance business performance, e.g. by examining and defining the structures necessary to achieve P&L objectives in line with corporate strategy. Additionally, you will work on projects with third parties to enter new markets and launch new products. Here, you will be guiding the implementation and track the roll-out. Last but not least, you will act as an interface between partners and Merz departments such as Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Marketing. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Master's degree in economics or business administration. 3+ years of experience with a proven marketing or commerce background, preferably within the medical devices, aesthetics and/or pharmaceuticals industry. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Project (or a similar project management tool) and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite preferred. Fluent German and English written and spoken communication skills, with excellent presentation skills. You are a strong sales person who shows outstanding goal and result orientation. You have a results-driven mindset, and you can operate in a challenging environment. You can manage different projects at the same time, as well as being organized and methodical. You have good analytical skills and are reliable in figures. You are proactive, hands-on and a team player.
