www.joysonsafety.com Internal job posting Back Office to the Global CEO - Aschaffenburg/Germany About us We hereby inform our employees working at all location that the following position is vacant: To enhance our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Guido Durrer, we are looking for a Consultant Back Office to the CEO (all genders) - a Corporate Function Position Summary & Scope: The Back Office to the CEO is the Management Function what supports the JSS CEO in setting up, driving and organizing the global Management schedule, gathers information requested and ensures an in time delivery of decision relevant KPI's. The role ensures an appropriate visualization of the information by preparing first class presentations. The role drives and fosters constructive communication between the Global Executive Leaders and the CEO, no matter where they are. The role incumbent is a direct report to the Assistant of the CEO and supports with preparatory and organizational tasks in order to facilitate necessary management activities and decisions of the Global CEO. Responsibilities and frequent activities: Preparation and creation of top-management level presentation material Coordination and organizational support of top level management meetings (e.g. Board of Directors, Executive Committee) Set-up and execution of standardized structures and processes for top-level management meetings (creation and harmonization of templates, agendas, meeting minutes and other relevant documentation) Alignment and communication with Corporate, Central as well as Regional functions and stakeholders Preparation, organizational set-up and follow-up of special topics both organizational as well as content related Support with global communication and documentation activities Prerequisites: College/university degree (Bachelor or Master in Business field preferred) Experience in multi-cultural and global environments, work experience in international environments preferred Work experience in dynamic and high-intensity global Organizations Strong written and oral communication skills in English, adequate communication for all levels of the organization Self-motivated team player with a strong ability to build business relationships and supportive networks Comfortable with functioning in a global matrix organizational environment Demonstration of JSS core values: team spirit, customer focus, creativity, quality orientation and cost awareness High reliability and confidential handling of sensitive information Good organizational skills with structured and independent work approach In-depth knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), specifically, expert knowledge and experience with PowerPoint Additional Position Details: The role is based in Aschaffenburg, Germany Global business travel will be required Competitive compensation and benefits package Relocation eligible Application: In case of interest please contact Mr. Berthold G.
