Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to Senior Vice President Internal Audit You will support the Senior Vice President in the strategic and operational management of the department, including preparing budgets, monitoring, and communicating with the Management Board. As a member of the team in a dynamic and globally active department with dedicated colleagues, you will work closely with the assistant and be jointly responsible for managing the office. Your assignments Independent processing of organizational and technical tasks Development of decision templates Producing presentations and memoranda for Management Board meetings and Management Board members Creating and maintaining databases including authorization management (e.g., for Sharepoint, IT-Audit Tool, and Intranet) Independent administration of Audit-Dashboard Coordinating staff matters, in particular briefing new employees, including providing them with work materials and equipment, time recording, administration of IT and work equipment Planning and organizing meetings (invitations, coordination of meeting rooms, catering, telephone and video conferences) with internal and external participants Calendar management Supporting the team with topics related to travel planning and travel expenses, as well as orders and invoice management Your profile A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in business, legal or language studies or a comparable qualification Multiple years of experience in a comparable position; if appropriate, in an auditing or consulting firm Experience in project management High affinity for digitization and IT Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of SAP Fluent command of German and English, with very good written communication skills; other foreign languages would be advantageous Analytical, structured, autonomous, and independent approach to work Sense of responsibility and high commitment Discretion, reliability, and loyalty Confident and friendly behavior as well as good manners Zusätzliche Infos We look forward to receiving your application including your salary expectations and your availability through our online application form!
