Head (f/m) of Cereals Breeding Technology We are looking to recruit at the earliest possibility a Head (f/m) of Cereals Breeding Technology for the department Cereal Breeding of KWS SAAT SE at their site in Einbeck, for an unlimited period of time and in full time. Maintain and develop an effective breeding technology group, that is leading in applying quantitative, molecular and trait genetics technologies supporting our long-term competitive product pipeline for all cereals crops. Your tasks: Translate KWS strategy for research & breeding and the Business Unit Cereals into a Breeding Technology strategy and implement accordingly Have a clear agile project organization style to support both routine and new implementation activities Drive the breeding technology organization fitting the needs of the breeding programs Being an inspiring "hands-on" leader to drive innovation and operations in the quantitative, molecular and trait genetics areas Have interactions with other research and breeding groups to leverage synergies (e.g. the cross crop molecular and genomics circle) Interested?
