Advising management and plant management on the organization and optimization of occupational safety and environmental protection at the sites and assuming responsibility for the continuous improvement process Development of sustainability strategy, goals and concepts Implementation of operational excellence strategies to ensure effective HSE, CSR & Compliance performance and resource utilization Development and implementation of organizational safety programs including review and update institutional HSE policies and conduct risk assessments to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures Escalation and reporting of accidents, incidents and nearaccidents as well as their analysis and incidents in cooperation with the occupational health and safety specialists deployed and identification of opportunities for improvement Development of policies, creation of detailed plans, building of relationships with partner organizations as well as implementation and coordination of a range of activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities Establishment of compliance standards based on internal ethical principles and regulatory standards, applicable local law and regulations including anti bribery and corruption commitments, Code of Conduct, Data Privacy, sanctions list, money laundering, diversity and others Ensure that all HSE, CSR & compliance objectives are communicated and translated into business plans/objectives and annual budgets Planning, execution and follow-up of HSE-, CSR- & Compliance-Audits as a Lead Auditor and development of a corresponding reporting of key figures Ensuring all necessary measures to maintain occupational safety and environmental protection as well as reporting to the management and coordination of the ASA, HSE and EMS teams Effectively share knowledge and best practices within and across business areas Safety officer and fire protection officer at Starnberg site

BSc/BA in engineering, law, finance, business administration or related field Professional experience in the HSE and/or compliance management preferably in pharmaceutical production In-depth knowledge of the relevant legal requirements and guidelines Knowledge of national and international sustainability reporting standards Experience in business process management and project management skills High self-motivation to make a difference in the area of pharmaceutical compliance Detailed knowledge in the areas: Occupational safety, environmental law, equipment safety, building law and preventive fire protection, water protection Extensive knowledge and experience in maintenance and servicing Training/further qualification in the areas of occupational safety, environmental protec-tion, hazardous materials and waste Excellent attention to detail Good knowledge of MS Office Knowledge in dealing with databases Independent, structured and result-oriented work Process-oriented way of thinking Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team Fluent in German and English   What we offer?
