Develop new business in all strategic channels (retail, online, food service and food industry) in line with the group strategy Acquire new (strategic) customers and develop a broader customer base Develop and manage the relationships with key accounts Assist in strategic efforts to integrate other group products into the established sales channels of IC and to help maximizing the potential network effects within the group Assure and build an adequate organization to reach the strategic and operational targets Provide necessary and adequate resources (equipment, infrastructure and staff/personnel) to achieve the targets and satisfy markets´ requirements in time and with optimized costs Run a lean production and optimize production volumes based on customer demands and a leverage of costs (TCO) Refine the IC master plan which outlines the strategic cornerstones and requirements of how to best serve the German and European (plus currently the North American market directly and through partnerships) market with capacities, knowhow and competences Master a clever positioning and marketing as well as a meaningful balancing of production volumes between headquarter and all subsidiaries Uncover and realize synergy potentials within the organization Propose measures to increase operational excellence and propel a continuous improvement process Build a strong organization with a strong (management) team Assume additional tasks and responsibilities defined by the CEO of the group Set and achieve objectives Elaborate the strategic plan for IC together with the CEO of the group Elaborate the rolling mid-term plan and the yearly budgets (to be submitted to the group) Assure achievement of strategic targets (group an IC strategy), yearly budgets as well as yearly and bi-monthly goals (both defined between the group an IC) Implement the strategic measures together with the management team Represent Represent IC and be its ambassador in the relevant markets and to the stakeholders Showcase the group´s product offerings (savory, coffee, cereal bars) as well as the group brands, companies and the group´s passion and values in the IC markets Lead all negotiations with local government bodies Lead management teams: Sales (Food Industry, /Online/ Retail, Private Label and Food Service Customers), Product Development/Quality Management, Production/Maintenance, Supply Chain and Finance The managing director of the two IC subsidiaries And the whole IC management team as a group Link Act as liason between the group (mainly the CEO and the members of the Group Management) and the IC organization for all operational issues Assure that guidelines, rules and regulations of the group are properly implemented and followed in the IC organization Assure compliance with all (local) requirements, laws and regulation (i. e. licenses, hygiene, environment, safety, compliance) Report Generate yearly budgets to be submitted to the group Assure that the financial reporting will be submitted to the group in due time and that Group Accounting Principles are properly reflected Regularly report strategic issues and operational topics back to the group Contribute to a lively exchange of information with the CEO of the group (and the members of the Group Management)
