To strengthen our Central Security department, located in Cologne, we are looking for a Security Investigations Manager (m/f/d) Ref.No.: 111_T78_18-110 | Cologne In this position you conduct and support investigations regarding theft, fraud, suspected violations of company policy, business conduct and law for overall Yazaki Europe Limited. You are in charge of developing investigative plans including gathering and evaluating facts as well as conducting investigative interviews. Further you are responsible for writing investigative reports and the presentation to the management. You will report directly to the Regional Security Director, responsible for the Yazaki Europe Limited. Your responsibilities: Ensure the safety and security of employees and the protection of proprietary information and physical assets Provide recommendations for the implementation of policies and procedures as well as for the modification of systems in order to prevent and minimize loss or liability Gather and evaluate security relevant information from various sources Support physical security programs and executive protection within the corporate security organization as needed Interact with all levels of company personnel on security matters and support security initiatives for all departments Assist in identifying, developing and implementing process improvements for the business to meet objectives Support the loss prevention, business continuity, disaster recovery and public safety Handling calls of emergency nature as well as interfacing with the law enforcement and intelligence community Your profile: Successfully completed Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and work experience) required. Master's degree, e. g. MBA, or equivalent preferred Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent certificate preferred 4+ years of equivalent work experience required, specifically formal experience in conducting investigations or audits as well as interviewing experience Civil or criminal litigation support experience and familiarity with law enforcement Extremely strong project management skills with proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion Diplomacy in dealing with company personnel Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and process high volumes of work in a timely and accurate manner Business fluent English language skills as well as superior communications skills Proficient user of the MS Office Suite Must be willing to travel up to 50-60% and able to respond to emergency security matters on a 24/7 basis We appreciate advanced leadership skills, a strategic and analytical thinking combined with a strong target- and result-oriented approach.
