Translating customer needs in the field of automotive electrification to the product development team to foster new developmental designs. Monitor key market trends in battery chemistries and designs to transfer know-how to the division. Foster close collaboration within the global 3M organization to various functions to drive successful implementation of customer needs. Implementing 3M-s development and growth strategy in the automotive electrification market, from market trends to product concept to application development into the electric vehicle application. Working with the customer from the selection of right product to validation and later full automated implementation at the manufacturing line.
