Lead, coach and support the sales team of 6-7 account managers in order to achieve maximum results You maintain your key accounts and generate new business through exceptional customer service and solid customer relationships. You take own initiatives and are a great "self-starter" but understand the importance of team play. You analyse the market, competition and new technologies in order to develop new and grow existing business. You develop and manage sales activities for your team in order to consistently deliver monthly and quarterly gross profit sales targets.

Our client brings to the market fresh and innovative perspective on global sourcing of electronic components. Our client is an independent stocking distributor, well financed by a strong shareholder, and providing integrated circuits, passives, diodes, transistors, capacitors, crystals, oscillators, their conversion products, switches, fans, interconnect products, and peripherals, etc. As of now, the company is present in North America, Singapore, Hong Kong and in Europe. For this rapidly growing innovative company we are searching a Sales Manager (f/m) - Electronic Components Your Responsibilities: Lead, coach and support the sales team of 6-7 account managers in order to achieve maximum results You maintain your key accounts and generate new business through exceptional customer service and solid customer relationships. You take own initiatives and are a great "self-starter" but understand the importance of team play.
