Responsible for the client relationship concerning the usage of the contracted software products Conduct tactical level meetings with client business and IT departments utilizing Global Exchange (GX) software products Participate in strategic level meetings with client organizations Help prioritizing open items in client services and give guidance to offshore client services team Coordinate projects and other deliveries for the client Function as an escalation point for issues in the client relation Report on a regular basis on the overall status of the client relationship Understand the value of our services/products and the technological approach how we deliver the value Identify opportunities to increase value of our solutions and facilitate cross selling of other services/products to the client Travel up to 50% to visit clients and coordinate with offshore team

Major Responsibilities Responsible for the client relationship concerning the usage of the contracted software products Conduct tactical level meetings with client business and IT departments utilizing Global Exchange (GX) software products Participate in strategic level meetings with client organizations Help prioritizing open items in client services and give guidance to offshore client services team Coordinate projects and other deliveries for the client Function as an escalation point for issues in the client relation Report on a regular basis on the overall status of the client relationship Understand the value of our services/products and the technological approach how we deliver the value Identify opportunities to increase value of our solutions and facilitate cross selling of other services/products to the client Travel up to 50% to visit clients and coordinate with offshore team Education, Experience and Skills Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology or similar education Several years of investment/securities experience, within the financial services field Proven ability to handle complex internal delivery process and client expectations. Experience in handling senior management on client side.
