Aufgaben:
This position requires the ability to keep confidentiality, capability to organize archives of files, professional appearance, and a helpful attitude; the candidate must be able to work with a wide variety of contacts as suppliers, customers and public organizations. Advanced office equipment skills, such as e-mails, PC, and spreadsheet software, are needed. The office coordinator reports to the Plant Manager.
Qualifikationen:
1-2 years of experience as office coordinator
Excellent spoken and written English and German language is a must
Knowledge and use of MS Office Suite and other business intelligent software applications
Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology
Ability to communicate in English and German across all levels of the employee-base is essential
