Business Development Manager and Key Account (m/f/d) with a focus on Eastern and European markets
Aufgaben:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and define new sales channels
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Sell high-quality OES and OES products in the IAM (International Aftermarket)
Monitor and manage the existing customer structure, converting sales opportunities into long-term customer accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, collaborating with internal teams such as sales and marketing
Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build partnerships and expand SEG's market presence
Develop solid relationships with key and new customers
Independently acquire and manage key customers
Implement pricing strategies in relation to revenue and EBIT targets, as well as monitor and plan customer revenues and forecasts
Enjoy networking in the IAM and have a passion for new technologies
Communicate and collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and logistics to meet customer needs
Negotiate contracts with key and new customers to fulfill the long-term goals of each customer and the company
Qualifikationen:
Excellent knowledge of the European automotive aftermarket at both regional and national levels is a must
Completed commercial training and several years of successful experience in the independent aftermarket in Europe (sales, key account management, or business development, ideally with an international OE aftermarket supplier)
Excellent network in the independent aftermarket (national / international)
High level of commitment and initiative quick comprehension, assertiveness
Strong communication skills and a convincing appearance - you meet the customer at eye level
Strong negotiation skills with an overview and willingness to take calculated risks
Proper handling of direct reporting lines as well as the matrix organization
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken, rhetorical skills, and presentation confidence in German and English
Willingness to travel in Europe and participate in international events and trade shows
You need to bring a high level of initiative, commitment, ambition, and energy
Analytical, yet pragmatic, proactive person with a hunger for success
