Shape the future of light with us as a/an Head of IoT Software and Solution Sales (m/f/d) Location: München Your Duties OSRAM seeks a Head of IoT Software and Solution Sales for our INNOVATION division   With our IoT platform LIGHTELLIGENCE® and IoT solutions for office and smart farming customers we have set out to revolutionize the light and building market. LIGHTELLIGENCE® is a platform-as-a-service solution that allows to cut down development times for IoT applications by up to 70%. It uses the most innovative IoT software architecture to offer maximum quality, speed and flexibility. LIGHTELLIGENCE® is designed as an open IoT platform able to bridge entire digital ecosystems, breaking down silos and opening completely new opportunities. Our IoT solutions combine the power of LIGHTELLIGENCE® with software applications and smartware tailored to the most pressing needs of specific verticals in the light and building market.   As Head of IoT Software and Solution Sales for OSRAM INNOVATION you will lead all sales activities for the OSRAM IoT Platform LIGHTELLIGENCE®  and related IoT solutions You are responsible for building up and managing a fast growing sales team, whilst at the same time taking a leading role at the customers frontline With your team you drive and manage the entire sales cycle from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiate through closing and after sales Your ownership goes beyond sales operations: You act as eye and ear to the customer, translating your customer proximity into valuable insights for our product and marketing roadmaps You effectively manage revenue generation and business profitability while meeting strategic business objectives Within your team you represent the INNOVATION spirit balancing high achievement and accountability with a positive working environment Your Qualifications 10+ years progressive sales roles experience in a B2B software environment, preferably related to IoT platform- or software-as-a-service products 5+ years track record of hiring, retaining, and developing diverse high potentials in agile, fast-moving ecosystems Experience in developing B2B ecosystems around emerging software technologies Good understanding of light and/or building infrastructure system landscape and market Expertise in managing and tracking activity, forecast deals and revenue etc. in sales tools such as Salesforce  Strong leadership personality combining senior presence and executive selling skills with deep understanding of IoT domain Successfully completed diploma/master degree in economics or equivalent qualifications Excellent German and English skills You will benefit from flexible working time schedules and workplace arrangements an attractive salary as well as our company pension scheme a wide-ranging offer of further education and training corporate sports activities and special rates Apply now and advance your career in a position that challenges you professionally and provides you with many benefits.
