An Agile coach assesses, coaches, trains and mentors teams on implementing Agile principles to incrementally develop and deliver solutions that meet business needs Purpose of this role is to continuously optimize the agile values and agile practices within the organization and the supplier teams Responsible for preparation, facilitation, moderation and guidance of overarching events (e.g. estimation workshops, product groomings) Supporting (Senior) Agile Project Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, internal or external software development teams, as well as potentially any other internal or external resources to establish and continuously improve efficient and streamlined cooperation (e.g. guiding Product Owners how to formulate acceptance criteria and ensure quality of user stories) Job holder interacts, aligns and coordinates the agile transformation within Vorwerk Services GmbH. Interacts with e.g. IT PMO to design and promote scaled agile transformation Establish and implement metrics to optimize team delivery and measure business agility in terms of predictability, reliability and adaptability Mentor, develop, coach, appraise, reward and retain direct reporting positions and supervise the management in the same way on all other levels Lead, encourage and motivate employees, constructively develop teams, and if necessary, actively help solving conflicts Assist in defining guidelines, standards, best practices and to communicate them within the company to ensure a lean and agile function for products and services Help manage day-to-day stakeholder interaction and external vendors, set and manage stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions Lead and facilitate learning interventions to address skill, knowledge, culture or team mindset issues. Educate developers and conduct training sessions on Agile methodology and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) Facilitate positive change by providing advice and input on technical direction, tools and processes for agile delivery

Educate developers and conduct training sessions on Agile methodology and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) Facilitate positive change by providing advice and input on technical direction, tools and processes for agile delivery REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor or master degree or comparable qualification / successfully completed information technology studies or an education on equivalent level More than 5 years of professional experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in projects/programs Certificate in an agile project management methodology (e.g. Prince2Agile, Scrum, SAFe) Strong experience in direct communication and alignment with stakeholders of all organizational levels (from top to bottom) and the involved entire project organization with its supporting functions Strong Agile Mind-set with extensive knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, User Stories etc.) Proven experience in leading agile programs and transformations including practical realization of theoretical concepts Highly proficient with agile project management methods and tools (e.g. Atlassian Suite / Jira) German and English: Fluent Business level (both verbally and in writing) Good knowledge in software development processes (including requirements management, test management, continuous deployment, etc.) Proven customer centric service competence and commitment Strong competency in conflict resolution, excellent presentation and communication skills CAREER AT VORWERK OTHER JOBS APPLY ONLINE CONTACT: Vorwerk Services GmbH Dieter Degner Mühlenweg 17-37 42270 Wuppertal +49 202 564 1251 www.vorwerk.com
