Project Office Manager (m/f/d)
Manage day-to-day business partner, business project manager interaction and external vendors
Set and manage stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
Participate in regular Project Reviews, Deep Dives and release based alignments with the purpose of information and experience exchange to ensure a consistent project management methodology implementation, application and development
Assist the creation of project base documents such as project brief,initiation document, project organizational chart, project product description, epics, features, user stories and backlogs for small, medium and large sized projects
Manage project on/offboarding (project plan, organization chart, status report) as well as Portfolio administration (demand, dependency and change request management)
Continuous improvement in Program Office activities and involvement in process automation
Act along and within Vorwerk's project management processes and in line with the general PRINCE2 as well as with the specific STARGuide guideline
Support the conduct of trainings for PRINCE2 as well as for STARGuide for all internal organizations
Continuous alignment of the Project and Portfolio elements (Processes, Policies and Guidelines) of the IT strategy with the business strategy
Bachelor or master degree or comparable qualification /successfully completed information technology studies or an equivalent education
Basic certificate in a project management methodology (e.g. PMI,PRINCE2) or agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
Experience in project management and/or PMO work (2-5 years)
Proficient with standard MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Teams, Sharepoint)
Proficient with MS Project or a similar project management application
Agile mindset with extensive knowledge of agile methods (Scrum,Kanban, User Stories, CI/CD, etc.)
Proficient with agile project management methods and tools (e.g. Atlassian Suite)
Good skills in written and verbal communication as well as in presentation and moderation
Ability to work in and lead, distributed and heterogeneous teams in complex multi-vendor and multi-risk environment on technical level
Flexibility with work schedule including occasional late evening project rollouts
Good business partner orientation (business and IT alignment)
Ability to deal with high complexity, daily new challenges and shifting long term perspectives
