Successfully completed studies in physics or a comparable technical/scientific course of study, preferably with a doctorate PhD Several years of professional experience and strong semiconductor physics expertise with focus on III-V semiconductors Profound understanding of optoelectronic and photonic devices, their characterization, simulation & fabrication processes Expertise with relevant simulation techniques and corresponding software, e.g., raytracing, FEM; also TCAD Excellent communication skills and a self-reliant way of working Interested in innovative technologies and working in an international team Full professional English proficiency
