Your task

In this role you will be an essential part of the XPRENEURS Incubator and also get work in different projects with external stakeholders through supporting some of our partner programs for e.g. the European Commission, corporate partners or foundations.

Work with our start-ups, taking an active role in developing sustainable business models
Challenge hypotheses and help entrepreneurs reality-check their product or service and go-to-market strategy
Support teams to find the best product-market fit by helping them identify first pilot customers and connect them with talent and industry partners
Supporting in the acquisition, development, implementation and quality management of new start-up acceleration projects and programs

Your profile

Degree with strong academic records
First track record of building your own start-up or working with them e.g. at a VC Fund
You have managed projects yourself and are a self-starter, networker, and motivator
Passionate about entrepreneurial activities and starting up new businesses
Fluent in written and verbal English and German

Through our large network, we provide entrepreneurs with access to the high-tech lab MakerSpace, global B2B customers, as well as pre-seed and seed funding.
