Provide administrative support to the Schrödinger team in Europe Oversee the Mannheim office, with responsibilities including but not limited to greeting visitors, ordering office supplies, coordinating office maintenance work, and organizing office events and meetings Assist with travel management and coordination of business trips Help with the organization of customer events Coordinate the inventory of marketing materials and the shipment of materials to conferences and customers Manage contract and CRM database management Book travel and keep track of related expenses Review credit card receipts and prepare reports Prepare weekly payment runs Assist in data entry for monthly European payroll with external payroll providers Support the HR team operationally (onboarding and benefits)
