Global Head of Direct-to-Consumer Brand & Engagement (m/w/d)
Lead, develop and evolve MEDION to an inspirational consumer Love Brand
Direct the Brand Strategy and its execution into online and offline campaigns and content strategies
Lead the strategy and development of 360° advertising and activation campaign platforms incl. the development of key creatives to be rolled out by specific channel owners (such as Social, PR, Performance, Display)
Lead and account for End2End D2C Campaigns, ranging from Brand, Content Development, Creative Development, Channel Alignment, Investments as well as target achievements ex post
Oversee and drive Content Marketing, by developing and aligning the seasonal Marketing- and Content plan across all major internal stakeholders and external agencies
Thus, ensure consistent brand experience across all channels and touch points with consumer relevance (partyl, without be in the respective channel lead)
Manage and lead the internal agency, serving as preferred and single point of contact for all matters when it comes to packaging, webdesign, special projects
Ensure and enable a continuous learning through collaboration with agencies and analytics on the effectiveness and efficiency of the content calendar with the respective internal functions
Build a center of excellence for Media as well as Market Research (with the help of external agencies)
University Degree ideally in Marketing, Communications or Busines Administration
At least 10 years of dedicated work experience focussed on brand management / brand strategies, communication, marketing, campaign management, content marketing management
Digital or eCommerce experience with focus on a successful D2C brands (global scope, B2C focus) is mandatory
Experience in Media Management (Offline as well as Online Spendings)
Track record in Consumer Electronics / IT / Gaming preferred
Energetic, passionate, pragmatic, analytical yet strategic leadership

You deeply understand Digital Business Models / Consumer dynamics
Strong Leadership experience (Teams of 10+ members)
Fluent in English and German
