Strategy: As Director Global Quality (m/f/d), you will define and drive the global quality strategy for our Thermal Solutions Business Unit. You will establish a unified quality framework across our international manufacturing sites and align them around shared quality objectives Transformation: You will play a key role in shaping the future of our global quality organization. By harmonizing quality systems, processes and standards, you will build a scalable organization that supports international growth and the successful integration of newly acquired sites Digitalization: You will drive the digital transformation of our quality management processes by implementing modern Quality Management Systems (QMS) and data-driven performance management tools, increasing transparency, efficiency and operational excellence across all locations Operational Excellence: You will manage global quality KPIs, lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence across the entire organization, ensuring sustainable performance improvements Global Collaboration: Working closely with our manufacturing sites as well as cross-functional teams in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and other business functions, you will establish globally aligned quality standards and successfully integrate new sites into our global quality framework Customer Focus: Together with our global teams, you will ensure outstanding quality throughout the entire product lifecycle.
