AI Engineer (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Drive the adoption and development of AI solutions across the company by leveraging existing Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure AI, Copilot) and identifying new opportunities
Analyze, prioritize, and implement AI-driven use cases from various departments to enhance efficiency and innovation
Conceptualize, design, and support the development of tailored AI applications and proof-of-concepts
Actively build and nurture an internal AI community to foster knowledge sharing, upskilling, and a company-wide AI-first mindset
Manage AI innovation projects from ideation through to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations
Qualifikationen:
Bachelor's degree or higher (University, FH) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
Demonstrated passion for Artificial Intelligence and a strong understanding of current AI trends and tools
Proven project management skills combined with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with Microsoft AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI Services, Copilot) and ideally, software development or scripting skills (e.g., Python)
Proactive, curious, and results-oriented personality with very good English skills; German is a significant plus
