Develop new and optimized electrode designs for cochlear implants from the first idea to the final device in the field Perform feasibility studies using prototypes manufacturing and testing Define and conduct verification and validation activities Perform sustaining engineering tasks for existing devices and electrode components, including qualification of second source materials and/or suppliers Document all development activities within our quality system (e.g. specifications, risk management, test plans and reports)
