Scientific degree (master's or higher) in physics or related discipline or, alternatively, degree in science management plus broad experience with/​understanding of physics and related scientific topics Extensive experience in science management Extensive experience in coordination of scientific and/or administrative projects Extensive experience in preparation and coordination of large(r) research proposals and reports Extensive experience in coordination, preparation, conclusion, and assessment of scientific and management meetings Ability to represent the MML speaker in management meetings Understanding of the Helmholtz context would be a strong plus, otherwise short-term guided self-education of Helmholtz structures is expected Strong team player, also in interdisciplinary collaborations Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and German
