Required Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in RF or microwave semiconductor testing, characterization, or ATE-based RF development. Hands-on expertise with RF test instrumentation and techniques (e.g., S parameters, EVM, ACPR, noise figure, linearity, modulation metrics). Proficiency with test program development, scripting languages, and automated test workflows (V93000 experience preferred). Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and project management experience. Preferred Experience Experience testing 5G/6G transceivers, UWB, WiFi, Bluetooth, RF front-end modules, for wireless connectivity chipsets. Linux, C/Java/Python experience Familiarity with semiconductor ATE equipment such as handlers and wafer probers. Background working in cross-functional global environment. Willingness to travel internationally as required (up to 25%, Asia, US).
