The translational Department of Regenerative Musculoskeletal Medicine provides a close connection between biomedical basic research and clinical studies and has expertise and well-equipped facilities for research in cell biology, animal models, histology, biochemistry, molecular biology, murine motion analysis, biomechanics and imaging. We are looking for a scientist to support our project and lab management. This position requires interest in lab organization and grant and paper writing. Direct experiences in these skills will be of advantage. We also expect good communication (German, English), organizational and problem-solving skills. Interest in developing and establishing new techniques will be appreciated. Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline Proven track record of successful grant applications and funding acquisition Interest and experience in lab organization, grant writing, and scientific publication Direct experience in lab safety, genetic engineering, and animal experiments Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and conducting high-quality scientific research Good communication skills in both German and English Organizational and problem-solving skills Willingness to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
