IAM Engineer (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Operate and further develop our IAM landscape (Azure AD / Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, PAM), including the integration of cloud and SaaS applications into our IAM environment
Implement and automate identity lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver, RBAC, least privilege)
Support audits, compliance assessments, and security reviews (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR)
Troubleshoot identity-related incidents and support end-users with access topics
Support broader Cybersecurity initiatives when needed (e.g. incident response, reviews, or cross-team projects)
Qualifikationen:
Several years of hands-on experience in IAM and identity security
Strong knowledge of identity protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, LDAP)
Scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration
Understanding of compliance requirements and IT security frameworks
Independent, structured, and security-focused way of working, paired with strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
